"Recently moved to a different place in the area and it instantly became a nightmare. Couldn't get a hold of any of Sandy's team on trying to obtain my policy. I called several times, left voicemails, even texted. I gotten emails saying it's cancelled, yet that I need to make a payment on it too but yet when I pull it up I can't find my policy on the website or the app. This has been a two month issue and I finally got my policy printed out yesterday after I been asking for it since mid May. After I got my policy I requested to get transferred to Lee. Honestly I don't recommend them as an agent with all the trouble I had just cause they're never there."
